Pro Blend 55 “Berry Smoothie”

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Pro Blend 55 Alpine Vanilla
  • 8 oz frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 6 oz almond milk, coconut milk, milk, water, or your favorite beverage
  • 6 oz ice
  • Water (to help it blend)

Preparation

  1. Place/pour the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend to your desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!

Pro Blend 55 “Classic Milk Shake” (in the Blender)

Ingredients

  • Place/pour the ingredients into a blender.

  • 1 cup almond milk, coconut milk, or dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 “handful” of ice cubes

Preparation

  • Place/pour the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend to your desired consistency.
  • Enjoy!

Pro Blend 55 “Paradise Shake”

Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoop(s) Pro Blend 55 Alpine Vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk, coconut milk, or dairy milk
  • 4 chunks of mango
  • 4 chunks of pineapple
  • 4 chunks of peaches
  • 1 “handful” of spinach
  • 1 “handful” of ice cubes
